We want you to feel good about booking. Here's exactly where you stand.
Before your reading begins
You can cancel for a full refund any time before work has started — meaning before a written reading has been prepared or up to 24 hours before a live session.
Rescheduling a live session
Life happens. Give me at least 24 hours' notice and I'll move your session to another time — no charge, no fuss. Just email athilientarot@gmail.com.
Less than 24 hours' notice and I may not be able to fill the slot, but get in touch anyway and I'll do what I can.
If you don't show up
If you miss your session without letting us know, we'll offer you one reschedule, free of charge. After that, the session is considered delivered and is not refundable.
If we need to cancel
If we have to cancel or move your session, you choose: another time that suits you, or a full refund. If a written reading can't be delivered for any reason, you get a full refund.
After your reading
Written readings cannot be refunded once they have been sent to you.
Live sessions cannot be refunded once the session has taken place.
This is standard for readings and creative work — the time and the work are spent whether or not the answer was what you hoped for. A reading you didn't enjoy hearing is not the same as a reading that wasn't delivered.
If something went wrong
If your reading wasn't delivered, went to the wrong email address or fell materially short of what the product page described, email athilientarot@gmail.com within 7 days and tell me what happened. I'll put it right — by redoing the reading or refunding it. I'd always rather fix it than argue about it.
Refund timing
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within [5–7 BUSINESS DAYS] of being processed. How quickly it appears depends on your bank.
What we don't refund
- Readings already delivered or sessions already held
- Sessions missed after your one free reschedule
- Dissatisfaction with what the cards showed, as distinct from a failure to deliver
